PPM Academy takes your privacy and the privacy of those for whom you may be purchasing an PPM Academy product/subscription seriously. We appreciate the sensitivity of the information you provide and the ways in which it might be shared and want to explain how we use and secure your information.

SECTION 1 – INFORMATION PPM COLLECTS AND HOW WE USE IT

PPM collects personal information to provide you or the individual receiving your subscription a quality experience that is customized, responsive, and safe. The information we collect allows us to offer features and services to meet your expectations and allow us to personalize the experience we provide. Below we describe some of the information we may typically collect and use.

 

LOG FILES

Like many Web sites, we automatically gather certain information about our Site traffic and store it in log files. This information includes Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information, to analyze trends, to administer the Site, to track users’ movements around the Site, and to gather demographic information about our user base. 

 

COOKIES

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies on this site. This privacy policy covers the use of cookies by the Site only and does not cover the cookies used by third-party websites you may enter through the PPM site.

REGISTRATION, TRANSACTION, AND COMMUNICATION

The PPM web site requires customer registration to complete transactions on the site. As part of registration, we may collect personal information including name, address, age of recipient, credit card information, and desired type of product, including personal preferences regarding shipping and mailing as well as preferred communication method and marketing availability. This customer account allows you to make certain alternations to your subscription or change preferences.

In order to offer our service, we will store the contact information that you provide to us when establishing an account and paying, including email, mailing address, and telephone number. This information allows us to confirm and provide information about your purchase, respond to inquiries, and manage your account. We may also use your email address to inform you about our services, such as letting you know about upcoming changes or improvements. We will not share this contact information with any third parties, other than affiliates and partners who help to provide our service, unless we are required to by law or to comply with legal processes.

Our e-commerce functionality and transaction capabilities are provided by ClickFunnels. Further information regarding ClickFunnels and their use of your information can be found below in the section titled “ClickFunnels”.

 

WIX

Our store is hosted on Wix. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Wix data storage, databases and the general Wix application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

 

PAYMENT

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then ClickFunnels stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction and maintain ongoing subscriptions. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 2 – THIRD PARTY SERVICES

In addition to ClickFunnels, we use other third-party services in order to deliver to you PPM products and services. In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

HOW DO YOU GET MY CONSENT?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
